EXTRA SPECIAL THANKS TO ANGELA HELDT AND CRANE ARTISTS LOFTS FOR DIRECT SUPPORT OF OUR ART WEEK DES MOINES EXHIBITS.

Town Square coordinates the work of three artists exploring community, absurdity, and alienation.

Richard Kraft is a LA based artist. Prints of Here Comes Kitty: A Comic Opera will be displayed. Read about this recent success on Hyperallergic, or in BOMB Magazine. You can buy a copy of the hardback book from Siglio Press.

Rahele Jomepour's joyously lush paintings of a dystopian Wonderland exult in freedoms and bizarre activities across the human experience. Across Bosch-like canvases, Jomepour uses the restrictions and censorships of her Iranian heritage to promote a unique perspective of celebration and critique of the practice of Western freedoms.

Jeff Miller uses stark graphic imagery of faceless laborers as symptomatic of capitalism as if it is a force of nature. Miller creates large scale woodcuts that are used to create costumes, installations. and events.
